Dityer Return Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your dityer.com purchase you can return new and unopened products within 365 days, together with your proof of purchase, for a full refund.  You may also return open products within 30 days, with your proof of purchase, for a full refund. 

We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Additional return policy information:

  • Refunds will be issued only after a return item, postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check. 

  • Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

  • For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package.

  • Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. Only the net purchase price as shown on the receipt will be refunded.

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

How to return your purchase:

  • You can ship with FedEx, USPS, or UPS. To start the return process, go to any shipping provider location or online website and create a shipping label. A printer will be required if you will be doing this at home.

  • Ship the package to Dityer, 1655 N Mayfair Rd #26293 Milwaukee, WI 53226

  • Make sure to write your order number in your return package or email [email protected] a screenshot of your shipping label and provide the order confirmation number that was provided to you when you purchased your item.

  • Mail or ship the return package at your nearest, FedEx, USPS, or UPS (as applicable) location. 

Important notes: 

  • If you have any issues with your return, please contact Customer Support within 30 days after your purchase date.

  • This return policy is only applicable for orders purchased from dityer.com. If you purchased your items from another website that uses Dityer Cloud technologies, please contact the business that sold the items to you for questions about their return policy.
